Prices on this site are estimates. Your order is confirmed only when you accept the confirmed quote we send after reviewing your drawings. Nothing is payable online; we invoice on the terms stated in the quote.

Detailing is produced from the design information you supply. Connection design, member sizing and structural adequacy remain the responsibility of the project engineer unless agreed in writing.

One round of revisions is included unless stated otherwise. Changes to the design after drawings are issued are charged at the hourly rate shown on the quote.

Your files are stored securely, used only for your job and deleted on request.
