Who we are
Pro Steel Solutions Ltd, 39a Central Parade, Croydon CR0 0JL. Contact info@prosteelsolution.com about anything on this page.
What we collect
Your name, company, email, phone, billing address and project details when you price, order, register or contact us. Drawings and files you upload. Basic technical data such as an anonymised or full IP address for security and spam control, and the page or campaign that brought you to the site.
Why
To review your drawings, quote, deliver and invoice detailing work, to keep your account secure, and, only if you tick the box, to send occasional news. The legal basis is the contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business securely, and your consent for marketing.
Your files
Uploads are stored in a private folder that cannot be opened from the web. Download links are signed and expire. Files are used only for your job and deleted on request.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect forms from spam and remember which page or campaign brought you here for 30 days. Your estimate is kept in your own browser so you can come back to it. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can download your data or ask us to delete your account from the My account page, or by email. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
